So I bought a new vfc m16a3, the thing double feeds alot, has super inconsistant range (ex I can make a 40m shot, then the thing can barly fire 12m) what is the problem with it, and how do I fix it? I would like it to stop double feeding, and have a consistant range.

Try with a different magazine. If you come to the game this saturday I have KWA and G&G magazines you can try, I have a feeling if you stop the double feed you'll also fix your range problem, it could also be something with your hopup.

Thats a good first try is the magazine.

Other than that your nozzle might not be pulled all the way forward for it to stop a second bb from entering the cahmber, SOMETIMES.

Things I can think of to help fix this internally is nozzle check and maybe some AOE.

Also, are you using the battery it came with? If I'm out at the next game we can prolly try some of mine.

Alos is your batt connector a Large type?

vfc guns do not come with batteries and a lame warrenty which is only manufacture so that means ship to tawain, My VFC m4 double feeds every now but nothing to cause an alarm or worry, it shoots accurate 90% of the time and the m14/m16 are similar must be magazines feed issue?

thats a common sign of a poorly installed hopup bucking, or a torn or warn bucking. I would start there, look on youtube for M4 hopup video's
